Shipping Policy


  • Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs. 1,999.
  • The Shipping charges of HOME TEXTILE will not free above order of Rs. 1999 and delivery charges will vary.
  • We charge Rs.199 on all orders under the above given value.
  • Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
  • Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
  • Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
  • Delivery time is between 1 to 3 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
  • On orders above the value of Rs.15,000 we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then. These orders will not be shipped via a courier. They will be sent via Daewoo or a similar service and would have to be picked up by the customer.



All products purchased from can be exchanged within 15 days, without any questions asked from online store or all retail store outlets only if:

The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery. You must notify us within 15 days of delivery by writing to [email protected] and calling at +92-332-2889829. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at [email protected] and WhatsApp us at +92-332-2889829, to proceed with exchange or return process.

  • Returns will be accepted if unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 15 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
  • Refund requests will be processed within 5 days after receiving the return products.

  • Products/items purchased online can also be exchanged at any of our Expostore Outlets, only if you notify us through the mediums mentioned above within 15 days. Our outlets have the authority to refuse any exchanges if the return process is not followed by the customer.
  • There are some cases where Expostore will not accept any returns & exchanges. Such cases include, but are not limited to the following:
  • In-case of refund, your payment will be credited directly in your account/credit/debit card within 10 days once the item is returned.
  • Sale items/Discounted Products
  • Exchange or return request is made outside the specified time frame (after 15 days)
  • Product is damaged because of use or  has been tampered
  • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
  • Expostore does not offer any “refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items, except in-case of prepayments where the items are Sold-out or contain any manufacturing defects.

Expostore reserves the right to change their “Exchange and Return” policy, without any prior notification.
